Burger Box at 1101 Raider Drive, Euless, Texas.

A group of us came in to eat at Burger Box tonight in Euless. The cook behind the counter was talking on his cell phone, as was the guy behind the ice cream counter. Cell phone cases are a well known harbor for germs. Another worker came in from the back, took off his heavy coat and went right to work. When the orders started coming in, not one of these workers washed his hands. In addition to touching their dirty cell phones, they were touching their clothing and scratching their heads. Still no hand washing, nor did they wear gloves. This is a direct violation of the food industry’s cleanliness and sanitation standards. I understand violations go on everywhere and customers don’t even know it, however it was pretty hard for me to stomach watching them happen in front of my eyes. I didn’t order anything and, despite sharing my observations, watched the others in my party order and eat their burgers and fries. I guess ignorance is bliss!
