ASAP Car Rentals at 421 Airport Freeway, Euless, Texas.

Same issue as everyone else. I was trying to be cheap and saw this rental on Kayak. I had no prior knowledge of the company and didn't look them up either. I also booked about 2 weeks in advance and was charged this $200 refundable deposit the same day I booked despite what their terms state. Pickup from the airport wasn't horrible, we got out of there pretty quickly even though it was shady. Returned the car with a little more gas than it started with and in perfect condition. I called a few times the first week asking for the refund, was told it had to be 10 business days because they had to wait for the toll report. I called on Thursday (12 days after the car had been returned) and was assured the request would be "put on the supervisors desk" for reversal and that I would get an email. No email and still no reversal. I filed complaint with Yelp, BBB, google, and will be doing the attorney general consumer complaint someone else mentioned. If I still don't see it reversed in the next few business days, I'll be contacting the CC company. I'm not sure what else to do, just want the deposit back for abiding by their terms as stated.
